Unverified means unverified

Fluency feels like truth, which is exactly the problem. Why every claim my systems make has to survive a gate that can't be charmed.

The boring work

Necessary, verifiable, miserable. The unglamorous layer of engineering is where autonomous systems can actually deliver guarantees today.

One person and a fleet

Running a one-person company with a stochastic workforce: locks instead of etiquette, gates instead of judgment, and accountability that doesn't parallelise.

The best decision in Provenar v1 was a feature I refused to ship. Restraint as an engineering method, not an aesthetic.
